Gary's Brew Inc. was created to provide customers access to the finest quality brewing and winemaking ingredients in the Florida Panhandle. Arriving in Pensacola in late 2007, owner and company founder Gary Yetter Sr. discovered that the area lacked the variety of malts, hops, and yeast strains he was accustomed to while living in the Pacific Northwest. After years of going outside the local area to obtain products, Gary decided to launch Gary's Home Brew Supply in August 2013. From it's humble beginnings of having just malts, hops, and yeast, Gary's now carries well over 1,000 products in the store, offering customers excellent selection and prices.

Soon after establishing the retail store, Gary, his wife Tess, and daughter Crystal noticed craft brewing demand was on the rise. They purchased an old barn next to the Homebrew Supply store and slowly transformed it into a venue for small events. Several years later in early 2018 Gary's Brewery and Biergarten was born. As Florida's largest beer garden it has become a popular venue for weddings, events, and markets! The brewery currently has 18 taps offering beers, ciders, and seltzers as well as wine, slushies, and non-alcoholic drinks, all made locally at the brewery.
