Gary’s Brew Inc. was founded to provide customers in the Florida Panhandle with access to the highest-quality brewing and winemaking ingredients. After arriving in Pensacola in late 2007, owner and founder Gary Yetter Sr. discovered the area lacked the variety of malts, hops, and yeast strains he had grown accustomed to while living in the Pacific Northwest. After years of traveling outside the region to source supplies, Gary launched Gary’s Home Brew Supply in August 2013.

From its humble beginnings offering only malts, hops, and yeast, Gary’s has grown to carry well over 1,000 products, providing customers with an exceptional selection at competitive prices.

Soon after opening the retail store, Gary, his wife Tess, and daughter Crystal recognized the growing demand for craft brewing experiences. They purchased an old barn adjacent to the Home Brew Supply store and gradually transformed it into a venue for small events. Several years later, in early 2018, Gary’s Brewery and Biergarten was born.

Featuring a 1.3-acre outdoor beer garden, one of the largest in Florida, Gary’s Brewery and Biergarten has become a popular destination for weddings, community events, and local markets. The brewery features 18 taps offering a rotating selection of beers, ciders, and seltzers, along with wine, slushies, and non-alcoholic options - all crafted locally at the brewery.​
