Weddings and Private Events

Below is an example of our rental options and prices for Private Events at the Brewery. Please be aware prices and contract terms may differ than what's shown below. Please contact us at events@garysbrewery.com to learn more.

OPTION 1. Non-private event. Free of charge. During business hours Wednesday & Thursday 3-10 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-10 pm, or Sunday 2-8 pm. If you plan to bring your group and eat whatever food option is available on your date, you are welcome to come out and find a table to hang out in the Biergarten. We cannot hold a space or tables with this option. We ask that you do not decorate or bring your music. We are ok with you bringing in a cake for this option. We do not allow outside food or beverages in, but we do have a kitchen serving food throughout the day, and a food truck in the evening. We serve beer, wine, cider, seltzer and non-alcoholic options.

OPTION 2. Private Event-Pavilion/Pergola. (This is the large area that is roped in with a few entrances. Pricing options below. All seating for this area must be rented.

During business hours, Wednesday & Thursday 3-10 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-10 pm, or Sunday 2-8 pm. You can decorate the area and play your music or bring your band/solo artist. You can bring your food in/ have catering or use our catering services or a food truck. We do not allow outside beverages in, but we do serve beer, wine, cider, and seltzer as well as some non-alcoholic options.

Additional rental items are available for this area. This area has an indoor add-on option for $500. That comes with the indoor space and is great for times of the year that could be too cold or too hot outside. A private bartender can be added for an additional $20 per hour. This includes the bartender setting up 4 tap options and service.

Full-Day Pricing. Up to 7 hours of choice. Pavilion/Pergola area for large groups & formal events (Brewery is still open to the public).

Wednesday or Thursday: Over 40 guests: $700.00__ (+500) indoor space

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: Under 40 guests: $700.00 __ (+500) indoor space

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: Over 40 guests: $875.00__ (+500) indoor space

4-Hour Pricing-Pavilion/Pergola Area Recommended for shorter events such as baby showers & meetings (Brewery is still open to the public).

Wednesday or Thursday: Under 40 guests: $308.00__ (+500) indoor space

Wednesday or Thursday: Over 40 guests: $412.00__ (+500) indoor space

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: Under 40 guests: $412.00__ (+500) indoor space

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: Over 40 guests: $508.00__ (+500) indoor space

OPTION 3. Private Event Courtyard area. (This area is located just to the north of the brewery building. It's about 1/2 the size of our Pavilion/Pergola area) and comes with seating for 36. Additional rental items may be added to this area.

During business hours Wednesday & Thursday 3-10 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-10 pm or Sunday 2-8 pm. You can decorate the area and play your music or bring your band/solo artist. You can bring your food in/ have catering or use our catering services or a food truck. We do not allow outside beverages in, but we do serve beer, wine, cider, and seltzer as well as some non-alcoholic options.

OPTION 4. Open space. (This area is located just to the south of the brewery building. It's about 1/2 the size of our Pavilion/Pergola area). Additional rental items may be added to this area and we recommend a mix of round tables with cocktail tables.

During business hours, Wednesday & Thursday 3-10 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-10 pm or Sunday 2-8 pm. You can decorate the area and play your music or bring your band/solo artist. You can bring your food in/ have catering or use our catering services or a food truck. We do not allow outside beverages in, but we do serve beer, wine, cider, and seltzer as well as some non-alcoholic options.

OPTION 5. Full Property Rental. Any 8-hour period between the hours of 11 am and 9 pm on a Monday or Tuesday. $3,000.00. This includes all the seating in the Biergarten. Think of this option as a regular day at the establishment, only for you and your guests.

Additional Information:

Rental time starts based on the time listed on the rental agreement. You are welcome to go to the main brewery for drinks, etc, but we ask that the rental area is not used until the rental time starts. If you need additional time, please let us know as we have an option for "additional hours for decor/setup at $40/hr). All decor and outside food must be removed from the rental area by the end of the rental time slot. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for all weddings. A damage deposit of $200 will be charged at booking and returned no later than 3 days after the event
